This 250 Watt AT power supply is the typical power supply found in older computers that were turned on and off by a physical switch. Look in the graphic to the left, and you'll see this power supply has that switch. Lots of mission critical industrial applications still use AT power supplies for their power needs. Many arcade games and other ausement devices also require this type of power supply.
