This 350 Watt power supply from ATXPowerSupplies.com is UL Listed and super silent in operating noise. This unit performs just as well as atx power supplies that cost well over $100! . Internal relay inside the power supply is actuated by the power switch connected to your motherboard. As you can see by the connectors this is an AMD and P4 compatible atx power supply. We also add the adaptors: 2024CONVERTER (so you can have either a 20 pin and a 24 pin for your motherboard) + IDETOSATA (so you will have 2 Sata). The 350 Watt is now out of stock, so the 400 Watt version will now be sent out as a compatible replacement.
